Client Responsibilities

Fees and Payment
Service fees will be communicated and agreed upon before starting the work. Payments must be made as per the agreed terms. Any government fees, penalties, or additional charges will be borne by the client.
Confidentiality
All client information and documents will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party except where required by law or government authorities.
Government Compliance
Royal Accounting Centre will prepare and file returns based on the documents provided by the client. Any tax liability, penalty, or interest imposed by government authorities will be the responsibility of the client.
Service Timeline
Service completion time depends on the availability of documents and government portal processing time. Delays caused by late submission of documents or technical issues in government portals are not the responsibility of Royal Accounting Centre.
Limitation of Liability
Royal Accounting Centre shall not be liable for any loss, penalty, or damages arising due to incorrect information provided by the client or changes in government rules and regulations.
Termination of Services
Royal Accounting Centre reserves the right to discontinue services if the client fails to provide required information, documents, or payment.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of these services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
